Andreea’s collaboration with Lakatos Jirloianu started in October 2017 and solidified in 2019 by passing the Bucharest Bar Exam. She graduated in 2017 from the University of Bucharest with a Law Degree and went on to earn a master’s degree in Judicial Career. Covered practice areas: corporate law, civil and commercial law, labor law and family law.

She is an insolvency practitioner, attorney, and business evaluator. After graduating from Babeș Bolyai Law School she earned a master’s degree Droit des Affaires from Panthéon-Assas (Paris II) University in Paris. Acting as manager of Eastern Europe INSOL and STRIDE associate, Niculina brings international expertise and the best methods to insolvency restructuring.

Bianca Vasile

Bianca Vasile is a junior lawyer since 2023 within Lakatoș Jirloianu. Having completed a Law Degree in 2021 from the University of Bucharest she went on with completing a Master's program in Labor Law within the same University. In 2022 she passed the Bucharest Bar Exam and became a lawyer.
